Damask Design On Sides Of Cakes?

"I have noticed that some cakes have side of cakes decorated in fondant cutouts instead of a damask have a hawaiian type design. Such as hibiscus. Do you use cutters?
I am looking cutters to do this design. Where woulf I find this? I hope you can understand my question.

Use the SIlhouette and Premium Icing Sheets and you will have endless supplies of cutters since it is all computer based.
