is there a gelatin recipe that i could use to pour in a mold and it would set?

I just tried the jiggler recipe - am waiting to see if it sets properly.
It's (2) 3 oz packs of jell-o and 1 1/4 cups boiling water.

Looks good so far, but I don't think it's quite ready to take out of the molds.

Gelatin for what purpose, all gelatin sets if you put in molds if you use it right.

I learned a cool trick with gelatin with my panna cotta recipe.
pour 1/4 cup of cold milk into a bowl, sprinkle a packet of unflavored (such as Knox) gelatin over it. In 5 to 10 minutes it will ripple and wrinkle up to look like Shar Pei skin.
