Is this a good deal? Is the mixer worth it? I have a small licensed business in a licensed commercial studio in my home. I have 1 5-quart mixer currently.

20 Quart, good.
Price, extremely cheap
Brand, never heard of it.

I paid more than that for my used 20 quart Hobart. If you have a restaurant supply store near you, you can find good used equipment.

Here's my equipment evaluation rundown:

checked the vendor--links to spec sheet and manual are shown. Warranty does NOT completely specify who provides coverage. FAIL

checked manual--NO safety certification such as UL or CSA for the electrical motor. FAIL

checked the manufacturers website--NO direct address or telephone info. FAIL

Note that there is only one retailer selling this--that website you posted the link to.

Something to think about: Will you be using it on standard electrical current?

I have been researching them. If they can't run on standard current, then you will need an electrician to beef up your circuit breaker box and possibly run a new outlet to accommodate the new mixer.

The price seems too low. The mixers my husband and I have been researching are around $2000.00.
