hello everybody out there. So is my issue i'm making a family tree cake and I had put together the tree trunk using RKT covered with fondant, but woke up this morning and the trunk seperated from the top of the tree that has the branches and leaves. Please help this cake is due tonight.
I do have a pvc pipe as my support I had wraped the RKT around the pipe then coved with fondant. I had already took apart the RKT so I dont have a pic. Should I have covered the PVC pipe first with fondant and wraped the RKT around and then covered it again with fondant? icon_cry.gif

I spread melted marshmallows on to the PVC and then apply the RKT to the warm marshmallow glue.

If I have time I also make cut lines in the PVC (done by DH) to roughen it up a bit.
