In Celebration of the Queens Jubilee this June, Sally The Cake Shop owner will be appearing as a guest judge at a charity bake off in aid of Barnardos on Wednesday 30th May!

The Oxford offices of Wiley - Blackwell Publishing are holding and afternoon tea party, where colleagues will bake a range of cakes from three categories; large cakes, cupcakes and classic bakes. These cakes will then be judged by Sally and two other local experts in terms of appearance, originality and taste Yes Sally gets to try all the cakes made, were jealous too! 3 cakes from each of the categories will be crowned as winners and awarded special prizes.

All of the cakes made will then be sold off at the afternoon tea party to help raise money for our chosen charity Barnardos - who help transform the lives of vulnerable children across the UK.

We are delighted to take part in such a wonderful event for a great cause and look forward to seeing all the delicious cakes!
