Hi everyone, i am new to baking and decorating cakes. I am a self taught baker whose knowledge is only through youtube video tutorials and cc members. I want to develop my skills as its not that perfect. am planing to buy some cake decorating books. But am really confused as could not decide what to buy. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help...

What I like to do if borrow books from the local library and then decide which ones I would actually like to purchase.

I totally agree with Goreti. Even if you are part of a cake club, the members borrow books from each other. Or go to your local book store and flip through a bunch of books to see if you want them. Some are better than others. It is really personal choice. Good Luck. Have fun.

You can buy used books from Barnes and Noble.
