So I'm doing my first wedding cake for my cousin and I have the opportunity to use a fondant sheeter and after I saw it for the first time, WOW I want one of those. However I'm not sure what thickness to set it at, When I usually make fondant cakes I don't get the fondant nearly as thin as I would like, but now I'm worried about it being too thin and tearing.
