How would I go about making a sheet cake that would serve 250? Would you typically use a 2" or 3" pan, what size, and how many? How many layers of filling are typical for a sheet cake? I normally don't do them, but this is a special request. The numbers are getting a little jumbled in my head as I'm looking at my charts.
