I'm spending a month in England in June because my brother-in-law is getting married (my husband is from England). My in-laws live in the Worcester area, and I will be spending time in London, The Lake District, and a couple other places.

Are there any cupcake shops you would recommend that I visit while I'm over? Or bakeries that have tasty cupcakes?

Thank you!

St Pancras International station in London has a little boutique bakery that I had a lovely cupcake in recently!
I've not been yet but Violet and Peggy Porschen's shop are both in London too and should be good. I tried to go to Peggy's last time I was near but missed closing time by 10 minutesicon_sad.gif

Despite living in Birmingham I can't think of anywhere near by that does good cupcakes... (hopefully someone else can help and I'll learn too!)

The Hummingbird Bakery is supposed to be amazing too... it was actually started by a guy I went to school with but I haven't managed to go and try it yet. He has books out with recipes etc... worth a try? I think there are a few branches in London... try googling it as I am not sure of exact addresses! Think there was another one... but can't remember the name right this second... will post back if/when I do! hehe!! Hope you have a nice trip!

Best,
Vicky
