What is your competitive advantage, and who are you targeting?

In my experience the best way to get consistent income is with corporate accounts and selling wholesale, but you should first check the laws in your state to see if you can legally sell wholesale from home (if you are in fact baking from home).

BTW your web site is currently down.

You can diversify your product line, or save some of the money from the nice months for the lean ones.
