Can anyone help me make a cake like this?

I got this picture from a customer asking for the top tier of her cake to be like this, I have possibly a vague idea of how the structure would look, but no idea how i would do it! Can anyone help me with this? Are there any tutorials anywhere you know of? Or do I just tell the customer I dont know how to do it icon_sad.gif

Are you asking how to make the top tier slant like that one?
Just torte the cake at an angle; turn one piece around so the two full heigth pieces are together when put together w/filling.

no, sorry I've not been very clear I know, I mean how to structure a support for the top cake so it is placed at an angle and looks like the baby is pulling the cake over icon_biggrin.gif
