If I use liquid creamer instead of milk in my buttercream recipe do I have to refrigerate it?? I would only be adding 3-5 tbsp.

I always use liquid coffee creamer in my frosting and I don't always need to refrigerate my cakes or cupcakes. I have never had any trouble at all.

I think the coffee creamers are non dairy, right? I buy the powders and mix equal parts powder and water. No need to refrigerate.
