Hey everyone,

New to the site, and in about 5wks time I need to bake an amazing cake for my daughters 7th birthday party. I plan to do a 3 tiered cake but wondering what you guys thought the best sponge to use would be?

I also live in the Ireland, so we may not have some of the ingredients you guys would have.
