I'm making a coconut cake with coconut frosting. I have so much unsweetened coconut milk left over and I'm wondering if I can use it in my frosting? It really doesn't taste like anything......my frosting is milk, granulated sugar,Cisco and flavorings. Thanks for the input!

When I sub coconut milk for milk, I put a little Earth Balance margarine in a measuring cup and then add the coconut milk to the line. This way, I add the missing fat.
