Can a tres leches cake be used in a tiered/stacked cake? I have never made it before and looking at pictures it looks like it would be to soft/soggy to use...

Yes it can. The cake in the photo on my recipe is white and chocolate tres leches. Just make sure you are doweling your cakes properly and not making them so moist that they are soggy like a sponge.
