New here. I recently started a little business doing mainly cupcakes. I have booked two graduation cakes. Each cake will need to serve appx. 100 people. To do a sheet cake for that would I just use 2 12"x18" sheet cake pans put together? Is that big enough? Is the Wilton Decorator Preferred a good pan? Should I use the flower nail trick to cut down on doming? I was going to charge $75. Any other helpful hints? I looked for a sticky for all the answers but didn't see anything. Sorry for so many questions, and TIA!
