Can anyone give me suggestions on what Americolor or wilton to buy for a straw hat cake. I need to make one this weekend. help please.

I think a very light dose of Americolor gold would give you a nice straw color. But not too much, or it will go from straw-colored to ochre.

When I need that color, I add chocolate frosting to my buttercream and some yellow food coloring. Keep working it until it looks right.
