Hi everyone, my name's Michelle. Fairly new here and I need some advice. I've been asked to make a 2 tiered round cake to feed approx 25 people. I was looking at some serving charts and not quite sure which way to go about it.
According to the charts if I do an 8" it would serve approx 15 (different at some sights) and a 6" is approx 8 ppls.
I was thinking I could do a 10" and an 8" but I don't want there to be way too much because then there would be enought to feed about 35 people.
Just so confused right now! Please help! Don't know which way to go.
