Wilton Wonder Mold Kit - Best Way To Cut?
Decorating By kelskakes Updated 9 May 2012 , 2:14am by kelskakes
Does anyone know the best way to cut this type of cake? I have been looking online and can't find any suggestions. (Most likely I am not looking in the right places. )

I believe I have seen this particular pan makes about 10-12 servings, so it would be great if anyone could help me out on this. Thanks!
Remove the doll. Slice horizontally through the 'dress' half-way up and separate the halves so you so have the top (waist to knee) and the bottom (knee to hem). Slice as usual.

That's what I tell my customers to do too. Treat it as two cakes - top half and bottom half. Make sure and wrap saran around the body of the doll or any darker colored icing will stain the plastic body. Live and learn. Also, with saran around her body you can keep a few clothes on her so that she doesn't make her first appearance............ naked...........
Thanks both! (Sorry it took so long to get back our internet was acting up...) I wanted to make sure...one time I had a horrible experience cutting a topsy turvy cake, so I always double check now.
