Does anyone have a dairy free ganache recipe that you like? I'm looking for one that can sit out for a day or two without refrigeration just like other ganaches.

We make dairy-free ganache by melting vegan chocolate chips with coconut milk and some Earth Balance vegan margarine. The chocolate chips and margarine are available at Whole Foods.
