Is the Anniversary top cake supposed to be 6" or 8" round?? Thanks as below it is 300 cupcakes

I most often do 6", as it's usually the natural fit on top of a cake. it sounds like you are making it as the top of a cupcake tower, so I would use whichever will fit and look best for the tower they are using.

I didn't know that there was a specified size for the top of a wedding cake to be eaten on the first anniversary? is that what you are referring to??

6" top tiers are typical. Most toppers are made to fit this size, however, if they have an usually large topper--an 8" might be necessary.

Yes, the anniversary cake saved for next year. What is the typical size on that? I'm thinking 6" but not sure..as it could be 8"
