I have one in the oven. I just checked for doneness and it seems so dense. I usually just use french vanilla Betty Crocker. It is so light and tender. This seems a little heavy. What is it like to eat?

My *original* WASC recipe was developed to be a quick version of a pound cake. It is suppose to be a bit dense. I dare say it will taste light and moist
