I live in Missouri and have contacted the state health board about using my kitchen and not renting, but they haven't got back to me yet.

anyway, someone suggested to me that i try to rent out a community center or church kitchen since they usually run pretty cheap.

this sounds like a good idea to me anyway since they'd have bigger, better equipment for mass baking than my house.

Are there any tips for doing this? I don't belong to a church so i'd feel weird asking them to let me rent their kitchen and I wasn't sure if there are local companies that just rent out spaces for this type of thing.

Thanks!

in my area there is a local chocolate shop that is willing to rent out their kitchen daily, weekly, monthly, etc. it doesnt hurt to ask!
