I have an order for a castle cake. Pillars, everything. I was going to make the turrets out of RKT. and base out of cake. But no idea what to charge..Called some shops and got anywhere from $52 (just cake w/plastic castle) to $225!! HELP!! thanks

It's hard to say without knowing how many servings or how elaborate it will be, but I would not touch one of these for less than $250.
