I've got an order for a graduation cap 10" cake. How much should I charge for that cake? ( a round 10" cake covered in fondant with aboard with red tassel) The cake will be triple chocolate.

Heheheh! On a serious note, with the info you provided nobody can give you an answer that will be relevant. Are you in Manhattan, NY or Podunk, TX? How much will it cost you to make the cake? You're probably better off looking at the prices of competitors in your area.

For one-tiered cakes in fondant I charge $3.50 per serving. At 38 servings for a 10" round, I would charge $133.00.
