I have hundreds of cake balls to make, instead of making a ton of buttercream, has anyone tried bettercreme? I have read about others using coffee creamers, but I need ones that require no refrigeration. Any suggestions besides bettercreme?

I have made many, many w/o any bindericon_smile.gif If your cake is moist enough you should not need any.
In MHO *any* liquid or moist filling can be a binder for cake balls. Try jams also. Just keep it to a minimum as much as possible - in other words, use just a tiny bit - *just* enough to moisten the cake crumbs enough to hold their shape once rolled into a ball.

^^^^ 100% correct! And don't refrigerate or freeze them either. Once the balls are made and the sticks are in, dip them at room temperature and they won't crack.
