I was asked to make a two tier Disney inspired cake that incorporated mickey and Minnie, Disney areas and a ride called soarin. I came up with the idea of mickey and Minnie hand gliding over the castle ect, what was I thinking????? The cake was fine when it left here last night but had a phone call this morning to tell me the glider had fallen forward ripping the arms off mickey and Minnie. I offered to go and repair but the woman was so nice and wouldn't hear if it she just wanted some advice on what she could do herself, I offered her the money back but again wouldn't hear of it. I now feel mortified and have lost my confidence really don't know if I'm cut out for this I think I would have felt better if the lady had shouted and been horrible :0(
