Hello,

I'm new to using the chocolate melts. I make giant cupcake shells and my question is how long do they last? where should they be stored? How far in advance can i make them for my cakes? and anything else you know or tips you can give me on them would be awesome!!!

Thank you icon_confused.gif

Once you've molded chocolate, you can treat is exactly as if it was still in the package. A molded piece can last for months as long as you keep it out of heat and light.

As long as room temp isn't 90+ degrees, yes, you can keep it at room temp. icon_wink.gif
