Urgh,,, I got one of those comments emailed to me "Well Sobeys sells them for 1.75", There is no way I can make a strawberry cheesecake, complete with icing and fresh strawberries for 1.75 each in a large cupcake liner. I find this so fraustrating.

Don't get frustrated, your not gonna get every customer that comes around asking for pricing. If they don't like your pricing, then they can go elsewhere. You don't lower your standards for them, just because someone else is willing to make something cheaper doesn't make it better. Then if you do lower it, you will not make any money and waste your time for nothing. You definitely won't be happy doing all that work and not getting paid for it. Good luck!
