I plan to fill some cakes and cupcakes tomorrow with the peanut butter heaven filling (http://cakecentral.com/recipe/peanut-butter-heaven-filling). There is cream cheese in the recipe. Even though I'm filling the cakes tomorrow, they won't be served till Friday. I'd hate to have the whole fridge taken up. Thanks.

Thank you for sharing this recipeI used it to fill chocolate cupcakes and also frosted the cupcakes with this. What a hit! I was worried about leaving it out also so refrigerated them Friday to Sunday, served Sunday and have been out overnight and it is still holding up. I think you could leave it out for a day or so no problem.
