Edible ink on an icing sheet isn't an option?

How do I trace the exact text design on edible sheet?
Also, 3D effects will not be there.. Else edible image u can always print from bakery who have that type of printer..

I'd 100% have it printed on an edible image - only way to get it perfect!

But the Safeway bakery from where I get my edible prints does not give me great colors on their edible images.. They are always dull & pale compare to original pic no matter of vibrant colors pic has.. Is it just that bakery or its everywhere similar output?
