I wasn't quite sure where to post this, so I just figured this would be the best place to start lol. I'm considering going to the San Diego Culinary Institute for the Baking and Pastry program, I was wondering if anyone went there? If so, was it worth it? I was also considering Le Cordon Bleu of Pasadena, or the Arts Institute in San Bernardino. Those schools just seem like money grubbers from what I can tell. If anyone has any thoughts on any of these schools I'd greatly appreciate it icon_smile.gif
