I'm in the market for a 20 qt and 30 qt mixer. Hobart is out of the question because 50% of the price is the name. I'm looking at Omcan, Berkel, and Globe mixers right now, with Omcan being the front-runner due to price. I'd love some feedback from other bakery owners on this! What brand mixers do you use and how have they performed for you?
