I found several bags of orange creamsicle almonds on clearance today at the grocery store so I bought a few, thinking they'd be neat to use on a cake. Any suggestions for cake flavors to go along with them? I'm thinking something with a cream cheese icing? These things are REALLY good!

I don't have any cake flavor ideas for you, but I love those almonds! The grocery store near me also had cherry pomegranate and cookies and cream almonds. But the orange creamcicle ones were my favorite!

Sounds obvious, but what about French Vanilla with orange curd and orange butter cream. You could even add some orange zest to the cake batter. Or were you thinking of chopping them up and using them in the cake itself?? My husband would love that combination!
