Looking for cupcake topper idea

I'm making cupcakes for a dental company. I need an idea for a topper with a tooth on it. I looked at the tooth lollipop molds but it's way too big. I really like to toppers on a disk like this one.

Why not do the same design as these just use a fondant cut out of a tooth and other dental things (toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, maybe some apples) as the design instead of the cute catepillars, giraffes, ect? You could even do some with the dental company's logo if it's not too hard to create with fondant or you could print it out as an edible image.
