So I just got my mini cricut and was at my local cake supply store and they mentioned a new product by Satan Ice called Deco Fondant sheets. There are 6 in a box and they have primary, pastel and white colors. I was told these worked great with the cricut so I bought some and they are amazing. I place them on the greased mat and they cut with amazing detail and sharp edges. even the small cuts were to a T. I recommend them if you have them in your area and do not want to make your own gum paste. And they taste good too.

I am interested in this product, but did a google search and can't locate it. can you take a picture of the product and/or packaging?

If anyone else has any info, please share as well

Great to hear about a new product that works well and tastes good, but please,
it's NOT "SATAN"---say-tan. It's SATIN---sa-tin.

I see you're from OH, so I'd guess that these sheets came from a shop in Hamilton, OH that shall remain nameless? If so , could you provide more info from the package label? Name, supplier, etc.

I don't see this product listed on the SATIN Ice website, but I do see info from DecoPac
http://www.decopac.com/resources/printmat/April11/Fondant%20DecoSheets%20Flyer_NP.pdf

Thanks,
Rae

Ditto on the spelling of Satin. There's another thread running, well, let's not go there.

Could these be from Deco Pac?

Yes. Do you?

As Leah mentioned above, there IS another thread about someone having a "devil" of a problem with Satin Ice,,,,,,,,so there IS a reason to clarify.

CULPITT PRIMARY ASST-DECOSHEET FONDANT- They are by Deco Pac. I got them in Columbus Ohio. I was told Satin Ice makes them. Also sorry about the spelling in initial e-mail. Just an honest mistake.

Thanks so much for the clarifying info.

I look forward to seeing these available online, but I may need to find some when I'm in Columbus for the ICES DOS at the end of the month!

And my correction of your spelling was just to help people unfamiliar with Satin Ice understand what they're actually searching for, and also to separate your post from the one that actually nicknames it "satan". icon_wink.gif
