Does anybody know the best way to resize your photos?

I just open the photo file with the paint application on my computer, then use the stretch/reduce feature and modify the percent by how much I want it shrunk/enlarged. Hth!

You can also use Adobe's free Photoshop online editing tool, it can resize and retouch photos.
