I have realized that I am unable to get hi-ratio shortening locally; therefore I have been looking online. The names brand names I have seen posted on this site don't seem to be the easiest to find. Any one have a suggestion of which site online to get it from?

Try talking to the managers of a few of your local restaurants. Their suppliers usually carry HR shortening in 50 lbs blocks.
