Canon edible ink printer?

I think my next big cake toy purchase is going to be an edible ink printer. I'm looking at the Canon right now (http://www.amazon.com/Edible-Images-Printer-Ink-Software/dp/B0070QJN6O/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1333851804&sr=8-6) since it's affordably priced and seems to have ok reviews. Anyone here have experience with it?

hi, I just brought one of these a couple of weeks ago, i must say i wish i had got one months ago, used it three times this week already, one of my cakes i used it for was a bible, http://cakecentral.com/gallery/2303435/bible?sub=2303436 ,x

No experience with that particular model, but Icing Images supports it. I recommend you get your ink and icing sheets from them. The products are the best and they have great customer service icon_smile.gif

Unless you really need the wireless function i would use the printer below.

We use this one ourselves and it gives fantastic results and works with deco edible artist software which is free to use.
Another tip worht mentioning is that you can get refillable self resetting cartriges for it too.

I also highly recommend getting your ink and frosting sheets from icinimages.. I've tried several brands and they are not all created equal.
