I have a couple cakes doe next sat. N I was wondering if I wud be a able to finish my cakes before fri. And not loss moistness n ofcoarse flavor ? Will they go bad ? Fondant coverd sum jst reg filling others cream cheese...n if so how wud I keep them stored.........helpppp ....thnxxxx[/center]

Most bakers make their cakes early in the week - Tues & Wed for baking - and have them decorated and done by Fri for Sat p/u. Unless it is *very* hot and humid in your home they should be just fine
