Does anyone know what they best option for Eggless cupcakes? I have a customer who has an extreme egg allergy.

Hi, I suggest the book "Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World". All of which are eggless, since they are vegan. I myself am allergic to eggs and find this to be a fun way to have my cake and eat it, too. 
)
