This may be a silly question, but after searching the forums I have no answer, so maybe someone can help me. I just wanna know if the melvira method can be used for smoothing ganache. I use it for buttercream and it's ease of use has spoiled me so much that I wanna use it instead of hot knife method for my ganache. Lemme know... Thanks!
ya... I am still perfecting my ganaching techniques, and don't think that paper towel works in this department. It dries hard, and the heat is what fixes the fixing
No, I don't think a foam roller will work. Ganache doesn't crust so much as set up hard. I think the ganache will just stick to the foam.
