Question about SMBC

Ok so I recently made my first batch of SMBC and I love the stuff, lol. I put it on cupcakes and took to work and everyone but 2 people loved it. My question is:
I have a friend getting married in July and she wants SMBC. She wants brown hand piped scrolls around the sides of the cake. Will the brown coloring bleed onto the SMBC from the scrolls? It will be in a air conditioned room.

i think your best answer is going to be to do a small test cake and set it out in like conditions. I'm not sure what your humidity is going to be like there in July, but depending on how the cake will be transported, i'd be concerned with the SMBC. I think if you piped in chocolate it would be fine. But a test cake would be the way to find out for sure.
