Where Would I Find These Transfers

I have been asked to make (as a gift) the cake below. Looks like these are transfers, would anyone know where I could purchase them?
I tried following the links to find the original artist, but looks like a bunch of reposts. I have searched the gallery here to find the cake, but did not see it. Any help on where I could get these transfers would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think it's "transfers". I think it's hand painted.
