cake central magazine digital and ipad

Hello

i used to buy cake central magazine and download them to my ipad 2 with no problem

i have prolems with the three last issues they are good in the pc but when transmitting them to the ipad they become pictureless

No pics show , do u help me on that problem

Ih ave not been able to download any of the digital magazines. I have emailed and have not rec'd a response. please help. I paid $60.00 for the hard copy subscription and I understand problems happen, but not receiving magz or not being able to download the digital is very frustrating.
