I recently made for the very first time marshmallow fondant (never made fondant before period!) from another website. It was easy to make and quite tasty! But it dried too quickly and would break, crack and wasn't that pliable when rolled out leaving edges very jagged when rolled out from a ball from being refrigerated to room temp (according to recipe). I am looking for fondant recipe that I see here on the galleries that just looks perfect!! Any suggestions?? TIA!!

Perfect fondant has as much to do with the application as it does the recipe. With that said, a lot of people prefer Michele Foster's Fondant (MFF) or Rhonda's Ultimate Marshmallow Fondant (MMF). Here are the recipes:
