Heath, I feel like I'm screaming into the wind about my refund....it doesn't do a bit of good. But I'm going to try AGAIN in this forum because my email and phone messages don't seem to be getting anywhere. I got my email confirmation of my cancel request on 2/17/12 and it said the usual:

Here it is April 1, I got ANOTHER digital download notice that I don't want. I just want the lousy refund. How long does it take to process the 5,000 replies anyway? Any idea how much longer?
