Cottage food law questions

I know you have to list the weight of the product on the label, but how do I go about that with a wedding cake?

Also, Since a wedding cake isn't exactly packaged would a printed sheet of all the information, ingredients etc, that I would deliver with the cake be ok?

For wedding cakes I make a cutting instruction sheet with the ingredents on it as well as my name etc that is required. HTH
