WOW, that is super cool. I don't know how they did it, but just guessing it might be blobs of light brown batter of some sort, rolled inside the dark brown batter, maybe frozen to keep it in a ball, then mixed in to the other bake batter???? Very cool though.

Yes I think you layer the spots in the batter . make the spots add a layer of yellow batter make more spots add more yellow batter.

I googled how to do this and couldn't find anything for leopard/cheetah design in cake batter, but did find quite a few good ideas when i googled polka dots in cake batter....I will however, next week when I go back to the cake shop, try a few ideas that I have.
