Cakers in Niagara Falls, NY or Canada

I am thinking about opening a store for cake supplies in the Niagara Falls, NY area. But, before I get too serious, I would like to see if there is a need for this. I know in this area, there are not a lot of places to buy supplies, unless they are Wilton.

I would like to see if there is anyone in this area that would like to have a store that is convienient for them. I order my materials on line, for which I pay the freight. I would love a store closer to me that would save me on the additional costs.

Is there anyone in this area that would support this business? Please comment.

I live in St. Catharines Ontario and go over the border often. I would LOVE to see a cake decorating store there! I'd want a very large selection though, fondant, cutters, molds, etc. If you are serious about it, maybe send me a PM and I can tell you what items and brands I'd love to see. I'm in as well. I live in Burlington and often cross into the states. Would love to be able to buy supplies that are not readily available here

You mean to tell me that out of 225 views, only 2 people would like to see a Caker's Supply store in Niagara Falls, NY, USA that sells more that Wilton Products....What a shame.

I am in the Finger Lakes, about halfway between Rochester and Syracuse and would travel to Niagara Falls for cake supplies. I haven't been able to find any supplier anywhere near me.

I plan on moving into the area (Dunkirk, NY) in the near future. I would LOVE to see a cake supply store as Dunkirk's only option is Wal-Mart. I will definately take a drive up!
